YouNewX Studio Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YouNewX Studio, a service that lets you create and publish short-form video content to your own connected social accounts, starting with TikTok. By creating an account or using YouNewX Studio, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use YouNewX Studio. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for anything published through your account.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Notify us at hello@younewx.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Connecting your TikTok account

• When you connect your TikTok account, you authorize YouNewX Studio, through TikTok's own OAuth flow, to publish videos you upload to your own TikTok profile, using the settings you select.
• We only publish what you explicitly instruct us to publish, when you instruct us to publish it. We never post to your account automatically or without your action.
• You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your dashboard or from TikTok's own settings.

Your content

• You must own, or hold all necessary rights and permissions to, any video you upload and publish through YouNewX Studio.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for its compliance with applicable law and with TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• We do not claim ownership of your content. You keep all rights to what you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use YouNewX Studio to:

• Publish spam, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or rights.
• Publish misleading, deceptive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access another user's account, tokens, or data.
• Circumvent TikTok's platform policies or rate limits, or use the service for any purpose TikTok's own terms prohibit.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Third-party platform

TikTok is a third-party platform. YouNewX Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. Your use of TikTok through YouNewX Studio is also subject to TikTok's own terms and policies, which you are responsible for reviewing and following.

Service "as is"

YouNewX Studio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any given video will be successfully published — publishing depends in part on systems we don't control, including TikTok's own API and review processes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouNewX Studio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of content, data, or account access on a connected platform.

Termination

You may stop using YouNewX Studio and delete your account at any time by emailing hello@younewx.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify you by email.
